6 steps for buying a home at Home to rent:

1. Introduction and profile discussion

During an introduction meeting we will go through all your wishes with you and draw up a buyer's profile. After signing the service contract, we will start looking for the right home and/or investment that matches your search profile.

2. Offer

We will contact you as soon as we have found the right offer for you. If this is your dream property or investment.

3. Viewings

A match has been found. We will make an appointment for you to visit the house and will accompany you for advice and guidance. During the viewing we look at the quantity and quality of the house. Is it in line with the market? Possibly there is a structural inspection needed.

4. Negotiations

After your agreement to make an offer, we will do everything possible to purchase the property and/or investment for a good price and to realize the corresponding conditions.

5. Buying contract

We will check the buying contract drawn up by the sales agent/seller for you so that you can then receive the provisional buying contract and sign it if you agree.

6. Inspection

Before you sign at the notary, a visual inspection is carried out by us. Beforehand we will know which movable property has been taken over and whether it is present.

7. Extra services
